The aim is to install a putting green surface, which has a feel similar to that of a real bent grass putting green, is durable, and can withstand considerable harsh weather conditions as well as high usage traffic. The drainage must also be adequate and no buckets should be created where water can accumulate on the green surface.

For budgetary purposes, the price ranges between R 1,100-00 and R 1,200-00 per square meter including expert installation, for the putting green. This can be regarded as the ceiling unless building access and conditions are exceptionally restrictive.

Maintenance needs are minimal, and can be done by the green owner quite easily. Although useable throughout the year, it requires no chlorine, no watering, no mowing, and no fertilizers.

In the case of commercial or corporate installations, other elements are also applicable, which will be discussed with users individually in accordance with their needs.

The suggested normal game fee when played at a commercial venue, is R 80-00 for a 2-player game, R 110-00 for a 3-a-side team game, and R 160-00 for a 4-player MicroLeague with 3 games played by 4 players.

These prices include automatic participation in the Putt-Kew™ Annual league.
